Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping within Mexico

Online acquisitions are shipped via Estafeta within Mexico. For pieces priced at or above $8,000 MXN, Oro Santo absorbs the shipping cost. Pieces travel insured in editorial packaging, with no exterior brand markings and individualized tracking.

Dispatch from our atelier in Lago Real, Bahía de Banderas, within 2 business days following payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3 to 6 business days depending on destination.

International shipments

For the moment, international shipments are coordinated exclusively with an advisor. Please write to concierge@oro-santo.com indicating destination city and country, and we will confirm cost and delivery time.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request the return of a piece acquired online, provided it remains unused, with its original packaging and without alterations. Return shipping cost is borne by the client. Once the piece is received and verified at our atelier, the refund is issued within 5 business days to the same payment method.

Pieces excluded from the return policy: Atelier pieces (custom commission), pieces modified or altered at the client's request, and pieces showing signs of use.

Warranty

Each piece includes the documented warranty delivered with the acquisition, in accordance with its material and craftsmanship. The warranty covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage from use, impacts, chemical contact, or loss.
