Our commitment to every piece does not end at delivery.

Warranty

Every Oro Santo piece carries a manufacturing warranty. Materials declared with precision: .925 silver, 10k or 14k gold. Stones and finishes are specified in the certificate of authenticity that accompanies each piece.

Maintenance

Silver pieces may darken over time: it is a natural part of the metal. A soft cloth polish restores their shine. For deeper cleanings, The Boutique offers complimentary maintenance to Circle members.

Restoration

We accept inherited and damaged pieces. Every restoration begins with an appraisal and a conversation. What is inherited deserves to shine again.

Repair

Breaks, links, resizing. Managed by our Atelier with the same attention as a new commission. Preferential rates for the Circle.

Daily care

Remove your pieces before sleeping, exercising or entering the sea.
Avoid contact with perfumes and creams before wearing them.
Store each piece in its original packaging or a cotton pouch.
For home cleaning: soft cotton cloth, no chemicals.
